Using the Kanban Board

Drag projects across stages to track your shoot workflow visually.

Board overview

The Board page shows all your projects as cards arranged in columns. Default columns are Inquiry, Booked, In Progress, Editing, and Delivered.

Drag a project card from one column to another to update its status. The change is saved automatically and reflected everywhere.

Use the filters at the top to show only specific categories (e.g. Weddings) or date ranges. Sort by date, client name, or priority.
